Windows setup could not configure to run on this computer's hardware

This occur during windows 7 setup installation

To fix, Run below command

Shift+F10 (open command prompt)

CD C:\windows\system32\oobe\

TYPE msoobe then hit ENTER

Follow the normal installation.

Done.
