Below are shopee sellers I found scammers in shopee.ph based on users comment and ratings.
Take note that their shops does not offer cod (cash on delivery) options upon doing checkout.

DPC Watchdog Violation

Today I encounter an error while Installing Windows 10 64 bit edition in my old PC.
I tried to install using my flash drive several times but issue recurs and installation doesn't continue.
I also tried googling for a solution since this only happen on this unit but to no avail.

Solution:

Removing the old GeForce 210 1GB PCIE graphic card that was installed works. I'm not sure why but this graphic card is working under Windows 7 64 bit OS so I'm sure that the card is working fine. Maybe it's not compatible with Windows 10 64 bit? BTW... I'll just look for another card. :)
