shopee.ph scammer list - updated June 16, 2020 - beware if there is no cash on delivery options

Below are shopee sellers I found scammers in shopee.ph based on users comment and ratings.
Take note that their shops does not offer cod (cash on delivery) options upon doing checkout.
Always be careful when buying items with payment first as most of them are scammers.
I will continue to add this list once I found others from time to time.

- rerela.ph - This shop is selling fake 4GB DDR5 GTX1050Ti Graphics Card that looks like below.

Please note that this card is just bios modded (different bios installed).
Operating System like Windows will detect it as 4 GB but its not.

DPC Watchdog Violation

Today I encounter an error while Installing Windows 10 64 bit edition in my old PC.
I tried to install using my flash drive several times but issue recurs and installation doesn't continue.
I also tried googling for a solution since this only happen on this unit but to no avail.

Solution:

Removing the old GeForce 210 1GB PCIE graphic card that was installed works. I'm not sure why but this graphic card is working under Windows 7 64 bit OS so I'm sure that the card is working fine. Maybe it's not compatible with Windows 10 64 bit? BTW... I'll just look for another card. :)
